Environmental & Social Management System for a Healthcare Group in Singapore
SLP Environmental developed a tailored Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for a specialised healthcare provider operating more than 40 facilities across Singapore. Following environmental and social due diligence commissioned by an international credit guarantee and investment facility, the assignment established policies and procedures to manage the company’s environmental and social risks. Key components included a healthcare waste management plan, a legal compliance register, a supplier risk management framework and stakeholder grievance procedures. SLP also trained senior personnel responsible for implementing and maintaining the system.
